This website is operated by Triple Seven Aviation Services S.A.L., a company established in Lebanon with a regional office in Dubai. Contact details are in the footer.
This site does two things. It provides free planning tools — weather briefings, route and cost estimates, fuel tankering figures, permit requirements, airport information and aircraft lookups. And it lets you request services from our operations centre.
Submitting a request does not create a contract. It is an enquiry. A binding arrangement exists only once we confirm the service in writing and you accept our quotation. We may decline any request.
This matters, so it is stated plainly. The tools on this site are for planning and estimation only. They are not a source of operational or navigational data and must not be used as the basis of a flight.
The pilot in command and the operator remain responsible for flight planning, fuel calculations, airworthiness and regulatory compliance. Always use official sources.
Our reference API is offered free at its current tier for planning use. We may change or withdraw it, and we may apply rate limits. The reference data it returns is subject to the same advisory limits as section 3. Data drawn from third-party sources remains subject to their licences; where a licence requires attribution we credit it in the footer.
Prices are quoted per mission, because they depend on aircraft weight, routing, timing and the charges levied by authorities and suppliers. Anything shown on this site is indicative. Government, navigation, airport and supplier charges are passed through. Payment terms are set out in the quotation or the agreement between us.
Much of what we deliver involves independent third parties — authorities, handlers, fuel suppliers, aircraft operators, hotels, medical providers and insurance brokers. Where we act as coordinator, we exercise reasonable care in arranging and supervising them, but we are not the supplier of those services and do not control their performance. Insurance introductions are introductions only: Triple Seven does not broker or advise on insurance, and any quotation, cover or advice comes from the licensed broker.
Emissions reports (EU ETS, UK ETS, CORSIA and ReFuelEU) are prepared by Triple Seven from the flight and fuel information we hold or you give us, and verified by an independent accredited verifier. Triple Seven does not verify reports and does not give regulatory advice; the operator remains responsible for its own compliance.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, the free planning tools are provided "as is" and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of them. For services we contract to provide, our liability is as set out in the agreement for that mission. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
The site, its design and its content belong to Triple Seven or its licensors, except third-party data and photographs used under their own licences, which are credited in the footer. You may use the tools and the API for your own operational planning. You may not copy the site's content wholesale or present it as your own.
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. Features that depend on external data providers may be unavailable at times. Our operations centre is staffed 24/7 and remains reachable by telephone and email regardless of the website.
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your own country give you additional rights. This clause is to be confirmed on legal review.
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top will change, and the terms in force are those published when you submit a request.
